James Shovers joined FFL in 2023. Previously, he worked at Winona Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at Baird in the Industrials group and at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group. James graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Finance and earned an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
