Autism Learning Partners Names Richard Fish as New CEO

Pasadena, Calif. – April 10, 2019 – Autism Learning Partners (“ALP“), a national leader in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Richard Fish as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Fish succeeds Jeffrey Winter, who is retiring.

“Richard brings a track record of success in leading a variety of healthcare organizations through periods of significant growth, and proven experience building strong relationships with clinicians, patients, payors, and communities for nearly 30 years,” said ALP Board Member John Quick, PhD. “We are confident that with Richard’s support, ALP President Gina Chang, PhD, BCBA-D and the outstanding ALP team will continue the firm’s strong growth, helping improve even more children’s lives across the country.

Prior to joining ALP, Fish was most recently CEO of Brown & Toland Medical Group, an independent physician association supporting over 1,500 physicians serving approximately 300,000 patients. During his tenure, he led a team to expand value based care programs that improved clinical quality, patient experience and financial performance across the San Francisco Bay Area. Fish has also held leadership positions in healthcare companies including Talbert Medical Group, Heritage Provider Network and FHP International.
