Ryan joined FFL in 2023 and works across the firm's sectors. Outside of work, he enjoys (double) bogey golf, traveling, and telling anyone who will listen about the time that he shook hands with Yao Ming in Shanghai.

Jon joined FFL in 2017 and leads investments within the Tech-Enabled Services sector. His work experience outside of private equity includes founding and running two startups, designing software as a product leader/GM, and working in a steel mill. In his spare time, Jon likes to coerce his four kids into watching college wrestling, the Tour de France, and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Sean joined FFL in 2019 and works across the firm's sectors. At Georgia Tech, Sean played every intramural sport but one, totaling 19 different sports. Sean looks forward to surprising his colleagues with new athletic feats at each year's firm offsite and will not be disclosing that one exception anytime soon.

Catherine joined FFL in 2016 and leads investor relations. Outside of work, Catherine is passionate about singing and dancing with local arts organizations as well as her mission to convert all her friends into Denver sports fans. Mixed success so far on that last point, but never say never...

Rajat joined FFL in 2000 and focuses on the Healthcare sector in addition to leading capital markets and firm operations. He remembers high school fondly as that is when he achieved his athletic peak (freshman “B” basketball), placed 13th in Ohio in American history (hey, it’s a big state!), and sported a mullet. That glorious era is also when he met his future wife—though she only agreed to date him after college, probably because of the mullet. When not reliving his glory days, he can be found (slowly) biking, running, or hiking through San Francisco.

Spencer co-founded FFL in 1997 and serves as chairman. He takes full responsibility for initiating the triathlon craze within FFL and remains passionate about endurance sports. When he's not getting up before dawn for a long hike or bike ride somewhere in the world, Spencer can usually be found trying out new recipes or enjoying a good book.

Heather joined FFL in 2017 and focuses on the Healthcare sector. Outside of work, she enjoys skiing and spending time with family in Idaho. Despite childhood aspirations of stardom, an utter lack of musical talent left Heather destined for another path. She remains an avid pop culture connoisseur...but don’t be offended if she only lip-syncs along to "Happy Birthday" (it’s for the best).

Lauren joined FFL in 2023 and focuses on the Tech-Enabled Services sector. A former Division I basketball player, Lauren was 6'0" at 12 years old…and hasn't grown an inch since. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys all the food, wine, and outdoor activities the Bay Area has to offer and is still chasing her elusive hole-in-one.

Siddharth joined FFL in 2020 and works across the firm's sectors. As the self-proclaimed North Dakotan ambassador to the Bay Area, he enjoys listing the virtues of his home state while playing pickleball or ticking off restaurants from his "need to try" list.

Chris joined FFL in 2008. He is responsible for overall management of the firm and leads FFL's Healthcare investment activities. Chris is an avid triathlete and has completed two full-distance Ironman races. Despite any appearances to the contrary, he insists that he is not trying to raise his three kids to become an unbeatable triathlon team.

Henry joined FFL in 2023 and works across the firm's sectors. Henry knows how to unicycle and once loved playing frisbee while unicycling. Since moving to SF, he has primarily been testing his balance by surfing—it isn't easy, but staying out of the freezing water is a good motivator!

Ankita joined FFL in 2024 and works across the firm’s sectors. Outside of work, she enjoys watching basketball (she’s an avid Warriors fan), playing tennis, and trying out new restaurants around San Francisco.

Ryan joined FFL in 2019 and works across the firm's sectors. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing hockey and skiing. However, he refuses to be seen as solely a winter sports specialist and once windsurfed in Sydney Harbour. Despite having lived in only two countries, Ryan has three citizenships (Australia is not one of them).

Kevin joined FFL in 2024 and works across the firm’s sectors. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys exploring SF’s food scene, attending live concerts, and playing fetch with his adopted black labrador retriever. He is an avid Lakers fan and has long since accepted that he will never be popular with his friends during NBA season.

Will joined FFL in 2024 and works across the firm’s sectors. In his free time, Will enjoys outdoor activities such as running, skiing, and wing foiling. A true mountain enthusiast, Will has set himself the ambitious goal of skiing at all major North American resorts—currently at 25 and counting!

Jake joined FFL in 2022 and works across the firm's sectors. Between the ages of 8 and 12, Jake was a member of a kid-friendly rap group whose albums were sold in Walmart. While Jake enjoyed this early venture into the entertainment world, he now prefers to spend his time playing golf, snowboarding, and exploring San Francisco.

Konnor joined FFL in 2023 and works across the firm's sectors. Konnor is proud of his small-town roots, having graduated high school in South Carolina in a class of 18 students…and eventually marrying one of them! Since moving to SF, he and his wife enjoy spending weekends on the beach with their Frenchie.

Cas joined FFL in 2006. He is responsible for overall management of the firm and leads FFL's Tech-Enabled Services investment activities. In his free time, Cas enjoys attempting elaborate BBQ recipes and arguing that Steph Curry is a top seven all-time NBA player. Following his retirement from pick-up basketball, he developed a passion for road, gravel, and mountain biking, which are all sports he made fun of before he tried them.

Vincent joined FFL in 2022 and works across the firm's sectors. Outside of work, Vincent enjoys playing golf and racquet sports; he has also been known as a self-proclaimed sushi connoisseur and is always looking for the next best sushi spot in the city.

Karen joined FFL in 2015 and leads investments within the Healthcare sector. Outside of work, she enjoys going on hikes around the Bay Area with her husband, two sons, and their sheepadoodle, Wallace.

Jonathan joined FFL in 2023 and works across the firm's sectors. Jonathan likes to think of himself as a washed up college athlete (fencing) and doesn't mind saying that he qualified for the NCAA championships…and got last place.

Joshua joined FFL in 2023 and works across the firm's sectors. Outside of work, Joshua is an enthusiastic runner and once completed a Spartan Trail Ultra Marathon (50K). He also enjoys reading, playing the saxophone, piano, and guitar, and beating his fellow FFL associates at basketball.
