Christina Romigh

Christina Romigh joined FFL in 2024. Christina works closely with FFL’s portfolio companies to advise them around all elements of talent management, partners with teams to identify world-class executive talent, and helps to build FFL’s network of senior executives. Prior to joining FFL, Christina spent nearly 20 years in management consulting and human capital advisory. Most recently, she was a Managing Director with The Miles Group where she advised and coached private equity and corporate clients on all topics related to senior executive talent. Prior to that, Christina was the head of growth operations for TPG Growth portfolio company NorthStar Anesthesia. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York and Booz Allen Hamilton in Dallas, TX. Christina graduated from Southern Methodist University with a B.B.A. in Finance and earned an M.B.A from the Harvard Business School.
